Río Negro opens Plan Fines 2026 registration for secondary school graduates

The Ministry of Education and Human Rights in Río Negro has opened pre-registration for the Plan Fines 2026 'Deudores de Materias' line. This program is designed for young people and adults who have completed their secondary schooling but still owe five or fewer subjects.

Registration is open from August 31 until September 11. The program offers in-person study locations in Cipolletti, Bariloche, and Roca, as well as a virtual option for students living in other parts of the province. Residents of the cities with physical centers must register directly at the corresponding schools, while those in other locations can use an online pre-registration form.
