Content creator and hiker Vanessa Espinal Peña has raised alarms regarding a potential electrical hazard at one of the pools in Río Partido, located in the Salcedo municipality of the Hermanas Mirabal province.

During a visit to the recreational area, Espinal Peña reported seeing an electrical device submerged in the water, connected to a visible cable. The discovery has caused concern because Río Partido is a major natural attraction known for its turquoise waters, waterfalls, and frequent visitors.
