Road accidents reported in Gaillon and Marguerittes

Two separate road accidents occurred in France recently. In the Eure department, a three-car collision took place on the RD 6015 near Gaillon on September 10. The accident, which occurred in the Côte des Sables area, resulted in four injuries. Three of the victims required hospitalization, with two transported to Vernon and one to Évreux. This marks the second accident in this specific sector within a 15-day period.

In the Gard department, a heavy goods vehicle veered off the A9 motorway near Marguerittes Nord in the early hours of September 12. The truck partially crossed the central reservation, scattering debris that caused two subsequent collisions involving other vehicles. While seven people were involved in the incident, no injuries were reported. Emergency services managed the scene, and traffic was maintained on the central lane during the intervention.
