Road closures and local updates in various German regions

Several infrastructure and local developments are occurring across different parts of Germany. In Gauangelloch, the Hauptstraße will be closed to all traffic from October 26 to October 31, 2026, due to cable work near the Kraichgaustraße junction. This closure affects bus lines 737 and 757, necessitating detours via the L 600 and Gaiberg. Additionally, the full closure of Weberstraße has been extended until October 28, 2026, for electrical connection work.

In Limbach-Oberfrohna, broadband expansion and gas network maintenance are scheduled to cause multiple road closures throughout October. Other local news includes the permanent closure of the Advent-Kinderhaus in Limbach-Oberfrohna, the upcoming Lichtnacht lantern parade in Chemnitz on November 6, and a protest against a driven hunt in the Erzgebirge region near Reitzenhain.
