Road closures for maintenance in Benevento and Siracusa

Temporary traffic restrictions were imposed in two Italian cities for urgent building safety and road‑work projects. In Benevento, sections of Via Camerario and the adjacent Vico I° San Nicola were closed to vehicles on 4 August and possibly 5 August from 08:00 to 18:00 to allow safe installation of a platform for structural work. Residents were directed to alternative routes through Via del Pomerio, Via III Settembre and nearby streets.

In Siracusa, extraordinary maintenance on Viale Paolo Orsi ran from 3 August to 8 August during night hours (21:00‑06:00). The works were carried out in three phases, each imposing specific bans on transit and parking on segments between Viale Ermocrate, Viale G. Agnello, Via F.S. Cavallari and Largo L.A. Gilistro, with mandatory detours and round‑about navigation for affected drivers. An additional restriction was applied on Via Tevere between Via Po and Viale Paolo Orsi.
