Road Dogg Considered for Creative Role at TNA Wrestling
Former WWE star Brian “Road Dogg” James is being discussed as a potential new member of TNA Wrestling’s creative team after longtime head Tommy Dreamer stepped down. Matt Hardy said on his “Extreme Life” podcast that bringing someone with Road Dogg’s WWE experience could be “very beneficial” for the promotion.
WWE Hall‑of‑Famer John “Bradshaw” Layfield (JBL) also voiced support, saying Road Dogg has the “creative control” and “smart” ideas needed for the job. Reports suggest James might begin working backstage at the upcoming Slammiversary event in Boston, though no official contract has been announced and negotiations are reportedly still ongoing.
