Road paving projects finish in Chapadão do Sul and Faxinal, Brazil

The municipality of Chapadão do Sul began asphalt resurfacing on Rua D in the Bairro Esperança district, continuing its road‑network recovery plan. Residents were told not to park or drive on the fresh surface and to obey temporary signs and cones until the work is officially completed, to protect the new pavement and ensure safety.

In Faxinal, city officials completed asphalt paving on Rua Projetada 01 near Lago Saracura. The work included drainage galleries, curbs and a new base layer. The street is part of a broader investment of more than R$5 million covering 11 roads, aimed at improving mobility, security and property values for local residents.
