Road Rehabilitation Begins in San Jerónimo Caleras, Puebla

Municipal authorities in Puebla launched road rehabilitation works in the San Jerónimo Caleras auxiliary district, covering Avenida 14 Sur, 21 de Marzo and Jacarandas. The project is part of the 2026 Annual Public Works Program and the #CallesAl100 strategy, aiming to improve connectivity and safety for more than 21,300 residents.

The works will treat 12,125 m² of pavement, applying a new asphalt layer over 994 m and installing 440 m of bike lane, tactile paving for the visually impaired, ramps, guardrails, bolsters, horizontal and vertical signage, and new lighting. The improvements target the neighborhoods of Del Valle, Los Cipreses, Guadalupe Caleras and Loma Bonita, enhancing urban mobility and accessibility in the capital region.
