Road resurfacing in Altopascio and bypass works in Alessandria, Italy

The Province of Lucca will carry out nighttime resurfacing on Via Francesca Romea in Altopascio from the evening of 8 July until the early hours of 9 July 2026. Work will cover the stretch between Via San Giuseppe and the A11 over‑pass, replacing the old surface with new asphalt to improve road safety and reduce noise. Traffic will be regulated by traffic officers throughout the operation.

From 13 July to 25 July 2026, the state road 30 between Alessandria and Borgoratto will be excavated for an electricity conduit. The works will involve lane narrowing, alternating one‑way traffic and temporary closures of several access ramps to the A26 motorway, with detours provided via local provincial roads. After the construction period, the road is scheduled for resurfacing starting 25 September 2026.
