Roadblock in Sonora cleared after missing youth located

A protest on Mexico Federal Highway 15 in southern Sonora caused significant traffic disruptions between EMP and OBR. Family members and community members blocked the strategic route to demand intensified search efforts for a missing young man from the Vícam community.

The blockade resulted in long vehicle queues and hindered both private transport and freight logistics. The situation was resolved after security forces located the young man at the OBR bus station. The individual stated he had left of his own volition due to family issues. Following his discovery, the road was reopened to traffic.
