Rob Shuter announces new novel about future British monarchy
Author and former royal publicist Rob Shuter has announced a new novel titled ‘Queen Elizabeth III: The New American House of Windsor’.
Set 15 years in the future, the fictional story depicts a monarchy in crisis following a helicopter crash that destroys the existing line of succession. The plot follows an unexpected female heir who ascends to the throne as Queen Elizabeth III and attempts to modernize the institution amidst family fractures and public unrest.
The book is scheduled for release on December 1, 2026.
