Sevilla FC agrees deal to sign Robbie Ure from IK Sirius

Sevilla FC has reached an agreement to sign Scottish striker Robbie Ure from Swedish club IK Sirius. The transfer fee is reported to be approximately €9.2 million, with the player expected to sign a contract through June 2031 following a medical examination. Ure, who has been prolific in the Allsvenskan with 15 goals in 15 matches, is expected to serve as a key attacking option for the Spanish side.

In response to Ure's departure, IK Sirius is exploring several options to bolster its squad. The club is considering a return for former captain Moses Ogbu, a Nigerian forward currently a free agent, and is also monitoring Finnish striker Kai Meriluoto as a potential replacement.

Separately, Sevilla is also pursuing Nigerian forward George Ilenikhena from Al-Ittihad. The club is reportedly negotiating a loan deal with an option to buy for the 19-year-old, who is seeking a return to European football.
