Robbins LLP Files Securities Class Actions for Alarum and ARS Pharma

Robbins LLP announced securities class actions on behalf of investors who bought shares of Alarum Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALAR) and ARS Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: SPRY). The complaint against Alarum alleges that the company and senior executives made false or misleading statements about anti‑money‑laundering compliance and the illegal activities of its subsidiary NetNut Ltd., which allegedly linked customers' home internet devices without consent. After a Reuters report on July 2 2026, Alarum’s share price fell about 20.8%. The action against ARS claims the firm overstated the likelihood of expanded insurance coverage for its epinephrine nasal spray, neffy, with CVS Caremark. When ARS disclosed on June 24 2026 that coverage would be delayed until 2027, its stock dropped more than 23.9%. Investors who suffered losses may seek appointment as lead plaintiff before the specified deadlines.
