Robert Half Announces Protiviti Leadership Change and Forbes Women’s Employer Honor
Robert Half (NYSE: RHI) said its global consulting subsidiary Protiviti will undergo a planned leadership transition effective Jan. 1, 2027. President and CEO Joe Tarantino will move to the role of senior managing director, while current chief operating officer Cory Gunderson will become Protiviti’s new president and chief executive officer and an executive officer of Robert Half.
In a separate announcement, Robert Half was named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for Women 2026, with Protiviti also recognized. The ranking is based on a survey of more than 146,000 women evaluating workplace culture, career development, gender equality and leadership representation. The company highlighted programs such as paid parental leave, infertility treatment, adoption and surrogacy assistance, and child and elder‑care support.
