Robert Lewandowski discusses life in Chicago and national team commitment

Robert Lewandowski has addressed his transition to life in the United States following his transfer to Chicago Fire FC. The 38-year-old striker noted that the move was motivated by a desire for more peace and a change of environment after years of intense pressure in European football. He expressed satisfaction with the club's organizational structure and the lifestyle in Chicago, despite initial concerns regarding the family's relocation.

Regarding his international career, Lewandowski dismissed rumors that he would only participate in select matches for the Poland national team. He clarified that he intends to be fully available for the team and its coach, Jan Urban, for entire training camps. While he has not set a definitive retirement date, he stated he does not envision playing professionally beyond the age of 40.

His wife, Anna Lewandowska, has also spoken about the family's adjustment. Despite a busy schedule involving travel to places like Warsaw and Barcelona for professional commitments, she indicated that the family is settling well into their new life in the U.S.
