Robert Medved Departs Virovitica Parish for Rome Studies

On Sunday, 2 August, the parishioners of the Parish of Blessed Aloysius Stepinac in Milanovac gathered for a farewell mass as parish priest Robert Medved concluded his three‑year tenure. The service ended with the choir singing the hymn Te Deum Laudamus, after which Medved delivered his parting words and received gifts from the community.

By decision of the diocesan bishop, Monsignor Ivo Martinović, Medved will continue his formation in canon law in Rome. A young priest is scheduled to assume the parish duties the following Sunday, and the congregation was urged to support the new pastor.
