Robert Pattinson doubts Batman crossover with James Gunn’s DC Universe

Robert Pattinson has expressed doubt regarding a potential crossover between his portrayal of Batman and James Gunn’s upcoming DC Universe (DCU). In recent comments, the actor suggested that his grounded, dark version of Bruce Wayne might be difficult to integrate into the lighter, more fantastical tone of Gunn’s cinematic universe.

Pattinson noted that the specific style and mood of his film production are deeply immersive and distinct. While fans have debated whether his character should join the main DCU or remain in a separate multiverse, Pattinson appears to favor the latter. Meanwhile, James Gunn has indicated that a separate Batman film is in development, featuring an older Bruce Wayne and Damian Wayne as a sidekick.
