Robert Pattinson named Jaeger-LeCoultre ambassador amid Batman sequel filming
Actor Robert Pattinson has been named a global ambassador for the Swiss watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre. The partnership follows his appearance at the 2026 Academy Awards, where he wore a previously unreleased rose-gold Master Control Chronometre Perpetual Calendar. The brand cited his artistic depth and independent spirit as key reasons for the appointment.
Simultaneously, Pattinson is filming the superhero sequel ‘The Batman Part II’ in London. In recent interviews, the 40-year-old actor noted that the physical demands of the role have become more challenging, stating that the action sequences feel ‘significantly harder’ than they used to be. He described the production as a ‘marathon’ but expressed optimism about the film.
Directed by Matt Reeves, ‘The Batman Part II’ features an expanded cast including Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Brian Tyree Henry, Charles Dance, and Sebastian Koch. The film’s release has faced several delays and is currently scheduled to arrive in theaters on February 18, 2028.
