Robert Rogan resigns as head coach of GKS Bełchatów

Robert Rogan has resigned from his position as head coach of PGE GiEK GKS Bełchatów following an 84-day tenure. The decision came after a 1-4 away defeat against Orkan Buczek. Rogan, who took over after the club's relegation from the Betclic 3. Liga, leaves with a record of two wins and four losses in six official league matches.

Assistant coach Mikołaj Grzelak has assumed interim duties while the club searches for a permanent replacement. During his time, Rogan focused on integrating young talent, including debuts from Academy players Alan Karolewski, Kacper Papuga, and Jakub Kopa.

Team captain Mateusz Szymorek addressed the club's recent struggles, attributing poor results to a massive squad overhaul, with 70-80% of the roster being new. Szymorek called for long-term planning and stability, expressing frustration over the high expectations placed on a team that is still attempting to build cohesion.
