Roberto Cingolani joins RedFish Advisory Board to support Movinter

Roberto Cingolani, former CEO of Leonardo and former Italian Minister of Environment and Energy Security, has joined the industrial Advisory Board of RedFish LongTerm Capital. He joins Dario Deste, former General Manager of Fincantieri’s Naval Division, and Filippo Scotti, President of Wabtec’s Rolling Stock Components group.

The advisory board is designed to support RedFish and its holdings, specifically focusing on Movinter, a Ligurian group specializing in mechanical engineering components and high-tech systems. The board will provide strategic guidance for companies operating in the railway, naval, aerospace, and defense sectors, including TESI and Alpi Aviation.

Rather than holding operational or management roles, the board members will meet quarterly to evaluate competitive positioning, innovation prospects, and industrial priorities. The initiative aims to build an Italian industrial group capable of significant growth within these strategic supply chains.
