García Moritán stated via Instagram that he is single, saying, "I am single. Mind your own business." He criticized those spreading misinformation, noting that such rumors negatively affect his family. He also announced his intention to run for Head of Government of the City of Buenos Aires next year under the Progressive Democratic Party.

Emily Ceco clarified that while they had met to discuss potential political links, no romance occurred. She noted, "We didn't even kiss," and explained that they met at his home to avoid public scrutiny, but were eventually spotted while buying water.
