Roberto Mazzei appointed regional director of Coldiretti Campania

Roberto Mazzei has been appointed as the new regional director of Coldiretti Campania, succeeding Salvatore Loffreda, who passed away unexpectedly last week at the age of 69.

Mazzei, 44, is an agricultural scientist and entrepreneur from Montella. He previously served as the head of the Economic Area for Coldiretti Campania and led the Innovation and AKIS service. His expertise includes digitalization, the Common Agricultural Policy (PAC) reform, and rural development programming.

The appointment is intended to provide continuity and innovation for the organization, which represents thousands of agricultural businesses across the provinces of Campania. Mazzei will focus on strategic challenges such as the 2030 Agenda, generational turnover, climate change, and market expansion.
