Roberto Pellegrini, CEO of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, passes away

Roberto Pellegrini, the President and CEO of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, has passed away. He had led the organization since 2007, playing a central role in establishing Riva del Garda as a significant international destination for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and business tourism sectors.

During his nearly 20-year tenure, Pellegrini oversaw the growth of the company and contributed to major regional projects, such as the Baltera exhibition area agreement and the "Orizzonti dell’abitare in Trentino" project. He also served on the board of Expo Riva International.

Various leaders have expressed their condolences, including Maurizio Fugatti, President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, and Gabriella Gentile, President of Federcongressi&eventi. They characterized him as a determined leader with a vision that successfully aligned corporate interests with public community needs.
