Roberto Rogna retires after 40 years with Genoa local police

Roberto Rogna, the head of the Road Safety department for the Genoa local police, has retired after more than forty years of service. His career, which began in 1986, included time in the Army before joining the municipal force.

Colleagues honored him with a ceremony at Piazza Ortiz, featuring a formation of motorcycles with flashing lights and a formal presentation of a commemorative plaque. Rogna oversaw critical units, including the Road Police, Accident Investigation, and the Exceptional Transport Office.
