General Roberto Vannacci critiques “philosophical” inclusion in La7 interview
Former army chief Roberto Vannacci, now a Member of the European Parliament and leader of the newly formed Futuro Nazionale party, appeared on La7’s programme “Otto e mezzo”. In the interview he dismissed terms such as “empathy”, “brotherhood” and “inclusion” as merely philosophical slogans and argued that true social solidarity is expressed through tax payment.
Vannacci also attacked current government policies, questioning the ban on social‑media use for minors under 15 and the introduction of metal detectors in schools. He called for a return to traditional family values and a stricter, merit‑based school system, claiming that the present education model does not prepare future citizens or professionals.
