Roberto Vecchione wins Tomaso Grassi Drivers Award

Roberto Vecchione won the Tomaso Grassi Drivers Award at the Ippodromo del Savio during a final event held on August 18. The competition, which coincided with the 50th anniversary of the CAIEC Consortium, featured ten top drivers competing across six scoring races followed by a three-way race-off.

Vecchione secured his fifth title with the assistance of partner Timotejs Mona. The evening included various notable performances, such as a victory by Dutch driver Robin Bakker on In Love and a win by Antonio Di Nardo on Explosive La Torre. The final points-earning race was won by Dylan Dog Font, which helped finalize the qualifications for the decisive race-off.
