Robinhood expands tokenized assets, eyes Crypto.com prediction‑market tie‑up

Robinhood’s blockchain‑based Robinhood Chain has seen its real‑world asset (RWA) holdings rise five‑fold to about $70 million, while total value locked (TVL) grew to roughly $312 million and daily DEX volume exceeded $600 million. Tokenized stock trading is also increasing, with GameStop recording $26.6 million in daily volume and several other stocks surpassing $10 million per day.

Separately, Robinhood is in talks with Crypto.com to add the exchange’s event contracts to its prediction‑market hub. The proposed deal would let users trade yes‑or‑no contracts on outcomes ranging from sports events to U.S. Federal Reserve rate decisions, reducing Robinhood’s reliance on a single provider such as Kalshi. The partnership is not yet finalized, and Robinhood continues to work with other venues including ForecastEx and its joint‑venture Rothera.

If completed, the Crypto.com collaboration would broaden Robinhood’s product range, diversify its contract sources and potentially reshape the competitive landscape of retail prediction‑market services.
