Robinsons Land joins Pag-IBIG Fund to expand affordable housing
Robinsons Land Corporation has partnered with the Pag-IBIG Fund to expand homeownership opportunities for Filipino workers through the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) Program. The partnership, formalized in Pasig City, allows qualified Pag-IBIG members to access selected properties from the Robinsons Land portfolio with preferential pricing and buyer incentives.
The initiative aligns with the housing directives of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and is supported by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). To facilitate the program, Pag-IBIG Fund will conduct home-matching activities, housing fairs, and member briefings, while providing loan counseling and assistance with documentation.
As part of its efforts to support middle-income earners, Pag-IBIG Fund recently increased its maximum housing loan amount to P10 million. The agency is also offering promotional fixed interest rates for the first three years: 4.5% per year for loans up to P4.9 million and 5.75% for loans between P4.9 million and P10 million, with these rates available until the end of 2026.
