Robotics competitions and engineering congresses held in Mexico and Argentina

The Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA) is hosting its 15th Engineering Congress from October 27 to 29. Organized by the Center for Engineering Sciences, the event features conferences and workshops on topics including artificial intelligence, semiconductors, industrial robotics, biosensors, and renewable energy. The congress also includes the fourth MiniSumo Robot Contest to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

In Neuquén, Argentina, a robotics encounter is scheduled for October 31 at the Ruca Che stadium. Organized by the Neuquén provincial government, the Neuquén Innovation Agency for Development (ANIDE), and the Prodigy School, the event will feature approximately 180 robots competing in five categories: sumo, mini sumo, robotic soccer, and line followers. The initiative aims to promote technology and innovation among students and the general public.
