Robotics competitions scheduled in Argentina and Mexico

Various robotics and technology competitions are set to take place in South and North America. In Resistencia, Argentina, 21 children from the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNNE) robotics workshop will compete in the Maker-Tech 2026 event. The participants, aged 9 to 13, will showcase 13 robots in categories including Sumo, Maze, and Robot Soccer.

In Ciudad Madero, Mexico, the Robolinki event will be held on November 26 and 27 at the Auditorio Américo Villarreal. Organized by the Asociación Tamaulipeca de Robótica y Tecnología, the competition targets high school students and features categories such as Junior and Amateur. Activities include remote-controlled RoboFood, Mini Sumo, and AquaFood, where robots play soccer underwater.
