National Parks Administration conducts institutional visits in Chubut

The National Parks Administration (APN) has conducted institutional visits to key protected areas in Chubut, Argentina. Sergio Álvarez, president of the APN, and Matías Hermida, director of Strategic Planning, met with local authorities and technical teams in Camarones, Esquel, and Trevelin.

In the Marine Coastal Patagonia Austral Interjurisdictional Park (PIMCPA), discussions focused on conservation projects and managing increased tourism. At Los Alerces National Park, the delegation participated in the centennial celebration of the Delia Medici de Chayep School, where 50 tablets were donated to students and teachers to support digital literacy.

Separately, in the Corrientes province, the Bella Vista Tourism Chamber is awaiting details on a 10 billion peso provincial credit line intended to support the hotel and accommodation sectors through equipment renewal and construction works.
