Roccaraso inaugurates Prosolidar Inclusive Sports Center

Tommaso Bianchini, General Manager of the Business Area for SSC Napoli, attended the inauguration of the Prosolidar Inclusive Sports Center in Roccaraso. The new facility was promoted by ASD APS Sport Ability Roccaraso and is specifically dedicated to B1 five-a-side football for visually impaired athletes.

The project was realized through the support of the Prosolidar Foundation as part of the “Sport per tutti – Seconda Edizione” initiative, in collaboration with the Municipality of Roccaraso and fundraising efforts by the association. The center aims to provide a stable, accessible, and equipped space for training, gatherings, and inclusive tournaments.

The Italian national B1 five-a-side football team was present at the ceremony, having used the new facility to prepare for the upcoming IBSA European Championships in Strasbourg. The team is scheduled to compete against Romania, Spain, and Turkey in mid-August.
