Rocco Siffredi returns to adult film at 62 despite back pain and personal setbacks

Italian adult‑film star Rocco Siffredi announced his return to performing in porn at age 62, saying the work gives him “joy and relaxation” after a difficult year marked by legal troubles and his son Leonardo’s heart surgery in Milan. He described the set as the only place where he can feel his “vitality” and cope with the family crisis.

Siffredi acknowledges that his age now brings physical limits, noting “terrifying back pain” when performing the stunts he used to do at 30. Nevertheless, he plans to continue shooting scenes and will appear in the mainstream film “Blue,” directed by Eleonora Puglia, playing a father confronting his daughter’s online adult‑content work. He is also consulting on a new sexual‑themed project for director Matteo Garrone.
