Roche Bobois appoints Eric Amourdedieu as CEO, Stéphanie Berson as Managing Director

The Supervisory Board of French luxury furniture retailer Roche Bobois terminated the mandates of Guillaume Demulier as member and Chairman of the Executive Board. It appointed Eric Amourdedieu as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board and Stéphanie Berson as Managing Director, both effective immediately. The board was reduced to three members – Eric Amourdedieu, Stéphanie Berson and Martin Gleize, who remains on the Executive Board.

Jean‑Eric Chouchan, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, thanked Demulier for leading the successful IPO and seven years of growth, and expressed confidence that the new leadership will continue the group's international expansion. Roche Bobois operates 336 stores in 54 countries as of June 30, 2026.
