Roche proposes Christophe Weber for Board of Directors
Roche Holding AG has announced that its Board of Directors has approved a proposal to elect Dr. Christophe Weber to the Board. Dr. Weber is the former CEO of Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
The election is set to take place during Roche’s Annual General Meeting on March 9, 2027. Roche Chairman Severin Schwan stated that Weber’s extensive leadership experience and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry will strengthen the company’s Board of Directors.
