Rochester individuals sentenced for various felony crimes

Several individuals have received sentences in Olmsted County following various criminal investigations in Rochester, Minnesota.

Michael Joseph Ross, 47, was sentenced to five years of probation and a three-day jail term after pleading guilty to engaging in electronic communication regarding sexual conduct with a child. The conviction followed an undercover police sting operation involving an officer posing as a 14-year-old.

Sebastijan Mileusnich, 36, received a 46-month prison sentence for felony DWI. The charge stemmed from a police pursuit where Mileusnich reached speeds of 70 mph before crashing into a local restaurant.

Sieherra Leah Colglazier, 33, was sentenced to 200 days in jail and five years of probation. Her convictions include first-degree drug sales involving 500 grams of methamphetamine, financial transaction card fraud, and felony theft.
