Rochester, Minnesota Man Sentenced to Over 7 Years for One‑Pound Meth Bust

55‑year‑old Tracy Allen Benson of Rochester, Minnesota pleaded guilty to a second‑degree drug‑sale charge involving more than one pound of methamphetamine. The case began after an Olmsted County sheriff’s deputy stopped Benson for a malfunctioning brake light; a K‑9 unit alerted officers to narcotics, leading to the discovery of meth, 1.6 g of cocaine, a .22‑caliber revolver and other items.
