Rock and metal music industry announces 15 new tours

A series of 15 new rock and metal tours were announced this week, featuring several veteran and emerging acts. Notable announcements include a double bill with Quicksand and Fucked Up scheduled for mid-September through early October, and Jim Ward performing with Sparta in November with support from Public Opinion.

Other touring artists include Jared James Nichols, who will perform a run from late November into early December, and the supergroup Evil Island.
