Rock festivals energize Varginha and Macapá in Brazil

Varginha, Minas Gerais, hosted the third edition of the Rock Fest Junino on 20 June at the Lost Club. The twelve‑hour event featured five local bands—Apreza, Offence, Irados, Trio’Bute and Syncronia—alongside food stalls offering traditional June cuisine. Tickets were sold digitally through Easy Tick and at a physical outlet in the city, with a premium Camarote area providing exclusive services and a women‑only lounge.

In Macapá, Amapá, the Alcatraz Rock concert took place on 12 June at the Janelinha venue. Organized by the Coletivo Novo Rock Amapá, the night showcased four local groups performing tributes to Raimundos, Nirvana, CPM 22 and the New Metal movement. The event aimed to strengthen the regional rock scene and was supported by several local cultural partners.
