Rock festivals proceed despite adverse weather conditions

Various rock music festivals are taking place despite challenging weather conditions. In Puerto de Vega, the Unirock 2026 festival proceeded through heavy wind and rain. The event included workshops on the origins of rock and heavy metal, live radio programming, and musical sessions.

Similarly, the Norte Rock 2026 festival commenced in Yerba Buena at the Predio Castillo. Despite intense cold and persistent rain, a significant number of attendees arrived to see performances by bands such as Ciro y Los Persas, El Plan de la Mariposa, and Los Ratones Paranoicos, alongside local emerging acts.
