Rock music releases for September 2026 feature new albums and major reissues
September 2026 is expected to feature a significant number of rock music releases, characterized by both new studio material and extensive reissues of classic albums.
New releases include Neil Young’s collaboration album with the Chrome Hearts, titled ‘Second Song,’ as well as new works from Europe, ‘Come This Madness,’ and Anthrax, ‘Cursum Perficio.’ Bob Seger is also set to release his first new album in a decade, accompanied by an expanded reissue of his 2006 work ‘Face the Promise.’
