Rock the Beach festival hosts music and charity events in Italy

The Rock the Beach music festival will host two distinct events on Friday, August 28, in the Ferrara region of Italy.

At the Just Prestige Beach Club in Lido delle Nazioni, the evening titled ‘R&B Funk Bluesy Tunes’ will feature a musical journey through African-American genres, including funk, R&B, blues, and soul. The event is part of a summer series running from June to September.

Simultaneously, the Florenz Open Air Resort in Lido degli Scacchi will host the band Senza Confine for a tribute to Italian singer Giorgia. This event serves a charitable purpose, featuring a fundraiser for the Acaref Foundation. The foundation supports scientific research at the University of Ferrara to combat hereditary spinocerebellar ataxia, a group of rare neurodegenerative diseases.

Both events offer free admission, with dining options available via reservation.
