Rocket League announces Season 24 and new $2.5M esports circuit
Rocket League is launching Season 24 on September 23, introducing new content such as a 1v1 Duel of Honor mode, a Persona 5 collaboration, and various limited-time events like Bullet Ball. The update will be available for download starting at midnight on the launch date.
In parallel, Epic Games has announced the RLCS Club Championship, a new competitive circuit featuring 24 teams and a $2.5 million prize pool. This circuit is distinct from the traditional RLCS Majors. The competition will begin with online qualifiers, followed by a LAN Kick-off event at London’s Copper Box Arena from December 9 to 13. The tournament structure will eventually lead to a final LAN event in North America featuring 16 teams.
