Rock's spookiest album cover bracket enters second round
The annual Halloween bracket to determine rock's spookiest album covers has moved into its second round. Following the initial voting phase, only 16 artists remain in the competition.
Several prominent musical acts were eliminated during the first round, including Metallica, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and Guns N' Roses. Notable winners from the first round include Black Sabbath, who defeated Frank Zappa with 91% of the vote, and The Beatles, who defeated Van Halen.
Voting for the second round is currently open. Participants can vote once per hour in each of the eight matchups until 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, Oct. 18. The winners of this round will advance to the third round, which is scheduled to launch on Monday, Oct. 19.
