Rockstar Games launches GTA Online weekly update with $1 million giveaway

Rockstar Games has released the GTA Online weekly update for August 6‑12 2026. The event returns the Panther Statue to the first Cayo Perico Heist run with a guaranteed 100 % chance, and completing the Heist finale awards the Panther Tour Jacket. Players who log in during the week receive a $1,000,000 in-game cash bonus, the Sunset Glow Necklace and Blue and Pink Glow Shades. Additional bonuses include triple GTA$ and RP on Community Mission Series, double GTA$ and RP on Superyacht Life Missions and Assault on Cayo Perico, and discounts of up to 60 % on selected vehicles and properties.

The update also reintroduces Cayo Perico Survival, offers a Lucky Wheel podium vehicle (the Declasse Drift Tampa), and provides free‑car opportunities such as the Lampadati Tigon through the Salvage Yard robbery list. Rewards may take up to 72 hours to appear in players’ accounts.
