Rockstar Games opens GTA 6 pre‑orders, launches $100 Ultimate Edition
Rockstar Games announced that pre‑orders for Grand Theft Auto VI are now available, with a release slated for 19 November 2026. The game will be sold digitally only, with no physical disc, and will be priced at $79.99 for the Standard Edition and $99.99 for the Ultimate Edition. The Ultimate Edition bundles the full set of additional content, including extra vehicles, outfits, weapons, a month of GTA+, and exclusive missions that are not available in the Standard version.
Retailer listings describe new gameplay elements such as "integrated social networks" that let players watch viral videos and follow in‑game influencers, as well as dynamic NPC routines and random events. GTA VI will feature two protagonists, Jason and Lucia, and a world modeled on Florida with a new version of Vice City. Concerns were raised about console supply shortages amid the component crisis, which could affect demand when the title launches.
