Rockstar’s GTA VI likely to launch near €80 as price leaks are dismissed

Leaked product listings on the Portuguese FNAC site showed Grand Theft Auto VI at €89.99 for the standard edition and up to €199.99 for collector versions. A well‑known leaker, identified as billbil‑kun, examined the listings and noted that the EAN codes used do not match the prefixes normally assigned by Take‑Two Interactive, Rockstar’s parent company. He concluded the figures are placeholders rather than official prices.

Industry observers now expect the standard console version to be priced around €80, in line with recent high‑budget releases, while the collector’s edition could be significantly higher. Official pre‑orders are set to open on 25 June, and the game’s release is slated for 19 November 2026.
