Rockwell Automation focuses on manufacturing cybersecurity and reports executive stock sale

Rockwell Automation has launched a new season of its ROKStudios video series, focusing on cybersecurity within the manufacturing sector. The series addresses the increasing operational risks posed by IT/OT convergence and rising cyber threats. According to the company’s 11th Annual State of Smart Manufacturing Report, nearly half of manufacturers reported a cyber incident in the past year.

The series features insights from industry leaders, including Mondelēz International’s head of supply chain cybersecurity and William Grant & Sons’ director of engineering, to discuss embedding cybersecurity into strategic business and supply chain operations.

Separately, Rockwell Automation Vice President Isaac Woods sold 154 shares of company stock at an average price of $432.62 on September 8th. The transaction, totaling approximately $66,623.48, was executed under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan to cover tax withholding obligations related to equity awards.
