Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference women's wrestling preseason coaches' poll Colorado Mesa University Simon Fraser

The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) has announced its preseason coaches' poll for women's wrestling for the 2026-27 season. Simon Fraser emerged as the preseason favorite, earning 23 points and four first-place votes.

Colorado Mesa University was ranked second with 22 points, receiving two first-place votes. The Mavericks also secured two spots on the preseason all-conference team, with Adriana Gomez at 110 pounds and Sophia Cornish at 117 pounds.

Other rankings in the poll include Adams State in fourth place with 14 points, Texas Woman's University in fifth with 11 points, and Western Colorado in sixth. Chadron State was selected third with 15 points. Western Colorado is scheduled to begin sponsoring the sport in the 2026-27 season.
