Rocío Bueno's Shaolin training fuels La Velada del Año 6 victory

Madrid influencer Rocío Bueno, known as RoRo, traveled to China at the end of April to train with Shaolin monks at a historic temple. She rose at 5:30 a.m. for intense physical and mental sessions, describing the routine as brutal and aimed at overcoming the pain that had limited her after a loss to Abby in La Velada del Año 5.

During the month‑long program she documented the experience on social media, where the footage became one of the most‑viewed previews of the event. Followers noted that she added roughly ten kilograms of muscle and sharpened her psychological resilience.

On 25 July the event was held at La Cartuja in Seville before an audience of about 80,000. RoRo’s preparation paid off; she won her bout, a victory described as the most hard‑earned of her career.
